In the Box is a unique online tool that provides external clients with transparency around deliverability. It also assists internally with the Reachmedia Network Management team as a network management tool.
In the Box was launched in November 2008. This was a first for the New Zealand market place – a purposely designed and built online independent auditing tool branded inthebox.co.nz to effectively enable the business to manage and measure on time delivery within its unaddressed distributor network. Since then it has gone from strength to strength achieving a silver and bronze medal at the NZ Marketing Awards in 2009.
Reachmedia now has a robust consumer survey tool which collects data from a core group of 16,829 registered panel members split evenly across all of Reachmedia’s 5000 national urban delivery rounds. Each week on average over 6,000 survey members respond to questions with regards to the Tue/Wed Reachmedia delivery window. These are based on specific questions targeted at gaining an understanding of delivery success. The information is then collated by an external company and provided back to Reachmedia and our participating clients each week in the form of a Delivery Performance Report.
The ‘inthebox’ independent audit survey enables Reachmedia to provide our clients with a transparent and accurate view of on-time delivery. Additionally the tool allows our operations team to understand which areas of the network are performing to their optimal level and the areas where issues or problems have occurred which require corrective action.
